AUTHENTICITY OF KICKLABS®

KickLabs® takes product Authenticity Extremely Seriously. Our base shoes are directly purchased from Goat & StockX. 

*Every shoe is bought at full retail, we then put our own custom artwork on shoe and sell.*

After 15-days of receiving the shoes, we do not accept the shoes for correction. 

We cannot control the wear and tear of the shoes after 15-days of a customer having them in their possession.

SHIPPING & DUTY FEE

Yes, we ship to all countries! However, due to going viral and because of COVID-19 shipping times may differ country to country.

If you live in the US, you have faster shipping times.

We ship orders out within 4-7 Business days after the date of order. Usually most orders will arrive within 2 weeks. *If Outside of US or Canada, some orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.* 

We have a 1-4 day processing time to allow the designers to fully customize your shoes. 

*Due to going viral on social media and COVID-19, our team is working to process the orders within 4 to 5 days. We thank you in advance for your patience*

We offer FREE shipping Worldwide! 

If you'd like your shoes faster, we also have a express shipping method, which is a recommended method if you want your shoes faster!

*If you are in a rush to receive your order, please choose the Expedited shipping method.

Not always! But we cannot always guarantee it. We have no control over these charges (if they occur). 

Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival, you can contact your local customs office for current rates before you place an order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are paid when retreiving the package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns. 

However, we understand most circumstances.

In rare cases, for example our designer sends a defective design, we will issue a refund upon inspections pictures from you to us. 

This policy lasts 15 days after receiving the shoes. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your shoes, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to our designers/warehouse unless told to do so.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed and shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Unfortunately, all of our designers work very hard to create the perfect shoes. 
Since all of our shoes are made to order, we currently do not accept returns.

We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges if the shoes have clear wear and tear.

We carefully inspect the shoes upon return, then we come to a decision if you will be reimbursed for the entire amount of the order or a partial refund. If you wish to keep the shoes, we will ship the shoes out back to you.
